"I bow to ask for forgiveness from the people I have hurt, because it hurts the whole universe."

I was a walking zombie when I stepped into the office. Running on 3 hours of sleep, and early morning leg day session at the gym aren't quite the walk in the park. Good news was that my house is a bit cleaner (after the packing madness) and I was 80% done with the challenge before I even began the day.

I took time off during work to go check on the property with a contractor. It was supposed to be a quick 30 minute look around, but instead it turned into a 2 hour strategy session. Once I got back, I had to talk to one client who had questions about his registered account payment structure, which absolutely drained my social battery.

Luckily I had a date with an amazing person right after, and that made me forget about all the hardships today. Crazy thing is we did not do anything spectacular. We simply went to pick up some wine for my parents and walked around to find a dinner spot. I will have to remember that it does not take a lot to spend some quality time together. As long as both parties are in the moment together fully, it is simple to keep the romantic setting going.

"I bow to remember that my ancestors and gods are inside me."

Can't believe it's been 20 days since I have started this new routine. It does not feel that long. Although the amount of work and discipline is daunting, it gives me a sense of calmness from stable routine. Simply knowing what you are about to do, and that those actions will lead to improve you, contributes a lot in my opinion.

Today was no different. Study in the morning, be the best version of yourself at work, eat regularly, exercise, and create something. I wanted to focus more on cleaning and packing up the house today. It is midnight, yet I am still willing to do more. This energy might have been the combination of decaf coffee at 330pm and power nap after the gym.

By the way, congrats on 225lb bench. It is my personal record and is a huge milestone in my fitness journey.

"I bow to feel that all living things, and the universe, are inside me."

Another successful day. It might be too obvious but studying in the morning, even if it's just 30 minutes, helps out a lot.

Work is insanely busy, but I am absolutely killing it there. What is new to me though, is how consistently better operating I am currently. Before, there were days where I showed up, but only got less than 50% of work done. Lately, I consistently get over 85% work done, which is phenomenal.

Gym session was great. I feel like I can definitely go heavier on deadlift next time. I was crunch in time, so I had to cut my workout short though.

I could write so much more about what happened today if I knew this would not be public. For my own memory, let us just say someone awakened (or reignited) old feelings of mine that I thought I would never get back. I can just be my true self around this person and all is good. I believe this is what Gen-Z people call, the 'vibe check'.
