"I bow for myself, realizing that my own precious life is like the universe."

Wow. This marks the 108th consecutive day since I stuck to my new routine. I must say that I do not feel different at all, but when I compare myself to who I was before, I have certainly grown.

Physically and mentally, I am at a level that I could not have possibly imagined when I was struggling to find purpose in life. I still have not figured out everything, but the trajectory of where I, as a person, am heading is undoubtedly the right one.

The last thing I want to mention is that do not mistaken the orderly with the lack of progress.

Just because life seems boring, predictable, and repetitive, it does not always mean that we are not making any progress. It could be that we have finally figured out an optimal way to live our lives properly, and we are doing the right thing.

I felt like I made this mistake, and invited unnecessary chaos into my life that costed me a lot of stress and broken relationships. Though, I am using this as an opportunity to REALLY find out what is important in my life (healthy relationship and lifestyle over making more money), and prioritize spending my time, energy, and money to the ones I care about the most.

"I bow to be thankful for my life and to reflect on the lives that are yet to be."

My bad habits are creeping up again. I caught myself overloaded with responsibilities, and I was not able to be present for few of major events today. Thankfully, I was mindful of this and I handled them ok.

Prioritize, and delegate. I find that these two are the key points in handling a lot of responsibilities.

Another thing is that there is no perfect answer to live a life. Everybody has different views and preferences. As long as we remain kind, and have a good heart and motive inside of us, we can live a life whichever way it makes us happy.

For example, some may enjoy small group of people and building deeper relationships. Others may enjoy having wide range of people at the cost of building deeper connections with small group of people. Neither way of living is wrong. Just pick one that is more natural to you. There is no need to change ourselves to "fit in".

As long as we remain balanced in every way, things will be just fine.

"I bow to be thankful for all of the good and beautiful things in my life."

Life is finally peaceful again, and partially I think it is because of how my mindset is wired now. After the mind awakening moments over the weekend, my mind is finally at peace. If I look back at today, life still threw me curve balls, but I kept calm and dealt with the chaos. Because no matter what happens, the absolute truth does not change. It is there, and will be there, like it always has. Just like waves come and go, but they had been the water the entire time.

See Day 104 journal if you want more.

One thing I wanted to note today was, "make today count." This does not mean that we should fill our day with activities and lose sleep over them. It means that we should be aware of WHAT we are doing each day. Make sure we are clear on WHY we are doing WHAT each day. Be mindful. Every action we take must be with a purpose.

I came to another realization that life can be seen as boring, but if we have a routine to achieve various goals in life, "boring" life is good. Never confuse the calmness in life from purposeful routine with being boring or not making any progress.
