"I bow to remember that my ancestors and gods are inside me."

Can't believe it's been 20 days since I have started this new routine. It does not feel that long. Although the amount of work and discipline is daunting, it gives me a sense of calmness from stable routine. Simply knowing what you are about to do, and that those actions will lead to improve you, contributes a lot in my opinion.

Today was no different. Study in the morning, be the best version of yourself at work, eat regularly, exercise, and create something. I wanted to focus more on cleaning and packing up the house today. It is midnight, yet I am still willing to do more. This energy might have been the combination of decaf coffee at 330pm and power nap after the gym.

By the way, congrats on 225lb bench. It is my personal record and is a huge milestone in my fitness journey.
