"I bow to realize that my life is the movement of my soul."

Moving is not a joke, but having it done numerous times within a month made me feel a bit numb to the whole situation. I spent about 6 hours with couple professional movers to move everything from a storage unit to my new home. Having someone next to you in the process seems like a necessity. Especially if they are there to help.

Compared to the packing and moving alone, other people being present alone helped a lot.

My girlfriend was kind enough to offer her help on making the place live-able for the time being, and that was a tremendous amount of support she provided. Within a few hours she managed to create my home office, bedroom, and a dining room from a messy home filled with moving boxes.

During the move-in, my heater seemed to have been broken. Instead of sleeping in a room with a space heater, I decided to crash at my friend's parent's place.

I am so thankful to have these generous people around who deeply care about me. Today I am extremely thankful of my girlfriend who showed so much affection through helping me with the move. I also noticed myself having easier time being present with her, so clearly having a stable home has a positive effect of me already.

"I bow to listen to the sounds of life that are all around me."

Another day filled with actions. I had to grab everything out of my friend's house, so I could settle in to the new home. Since I was leaving early in the day to beat the traffic, I went to the gym for the first time since I moved out. It was certainly dreadful, but I know that few sessions after I will be addicted to the gym again.

Work was absolutely crazy. On top of my pending tasks, few emergencies arose and I felt like I was fully back. With the house situation sorted, I seemed to be able to focus on the moment a lot more. We will see how this works with the possible renovation and being a landlord/homeowner.

After work, I settled into my new home. House is definitely liveable, but the living standards are definitely different compared to the condo life. A LOT of work is needed, but I am going to take things one at a time. Now that I have a stable place to live in, I should be able to regain some control in life.

"I bow for all the ecosystems that are recovering after being hurt by humanity."

I feel well rested today. New house stuff is all sorted, and a break from work was essential to prep to leave my friend's house tomorrow.

However, I am starting to feel too comfortable that I am afraid to lose the mojo in my self-improvement journey. Putting on a break pedal was necessary, but now it is time to get moving soon. Once I am settled in a new place over the weekend, I should be able to go back to my old routine. Gym, outdoor walk, and a productive activity. I plan on continuing with this writing part. But I have to make sure to be mindful of what I start putting on my plate before I go back to the overwhelmed state.
