"I bow to realize that nature is being destroyed."

Earlier this morning, I pondered how can I use my time effectively? One of the ways to build a habit in the book Atomic Habits is to create an environment that is easier for you to perform the habit you wish to build.

Every night, I am often in a rush to complete the journaling. I wonder, is there a way for me to journal throughout the day AND without having to transfer it from one platform to another to publish? I immediately searched if Wix had an app (and indeed they do) and downloaded it to start writing today's post on my phone.

Another significant change is that I made sure to block off some time to recharge daily. This meant that I had to run around more and faster for errands. Also dropping few projects off of my plate. I still have a doubt whether this is a good idea or not, but clearly the old way was not sustainable. I must prioritize, and be ok with putting aside projects that are not urgent nor as important.

So far, my priorities are:

  1. My well-being (physical and mental)

  2. My relationship with the loved ones (family, friends, and girlfriend)

  3. Developing my skills and producing value to the society (wealth management skills and sharing tips on how to live a happier life)
