"I bow for humility, so that I can always put others first."

Again, my sole focus was recovering today. However, productive habits kept kicking in. I ended up working more on the renovation plan and went for a long outdoor walk. Although, I think it was a good balance of accomplishing things and resting today.

I heard a thoughtful insight from my friend today - that I may be under-utilizing my outdoor walk time. He thinks that I can be multitasking while walking (especially if I am going on a LONG walk) to free up my time. Reflecting on this, my outdoor walks had been my "rest" as it was a great way to clear my mind. However, this can be physically demanding overtime, which can lead to being drained as I get rushed to complete other tasks when I return from these walks. Perhaps, a balance of going on a "free-my-mind" walk and "walk-while-doing-something" can be a solution. I could be writing a journal (I often introspect when I walk), or listening to an audiobook or a lecture.

I realized that I got distracted with the renovation plan to realign my daily/weekly routine. I shall work on this tomorrow.
