"I bow for a humble mind."

It feels great to finally start to rest my mind and body for once. I acknowledged my physical and mental wound yesterday, and finally gave myself a proper break.

I still worked on few other projects out of habit, but not to the point where it started to stress me out. I appreciate how I built a healthy and active lifestyle that keeps me in shape. No matter how tough my day is, I still wish to stay physically active by moving around, and mentally active by reading and reflect on my thoughts and behaviours.

As I continue to rest over the weekend, I must come up with a new lifestyle routine to stick to incorporating what is the most crucial to my personal growth at this time. A lot has changed since I began this challenge, and I think it is about time for me to make adjustments.
