"I bow for the people who work to provide me with healthy food."

A day just flew by so quickly. I knew I had a lot going on today, but it surpassed my expectations. However, I was operating in a hyper-focused mode at work (thanks to coffee), and got to produce some cool macro program that compares investing vs. paying down debt in various environments.

Magnitude of self improvement when paired with consistency

On a personal level, I am not noticing a change at the moment per-se, but whenever I self-reflect at my past I notice a huge improvements. I think it is important to set achievable goals, and to be consistent with completing those goals in order to improve ourselves. We may not notice a change right away, or at the moment, but after awhile we will realize how much we have improved. Small wins add up.
