"I bow for the people who are starving, poor, and living hard lives."

Preparing for your morning the night before helps out so much. I normally find myself getting delayed at least 5 to 10 minutes just by thinking about what to do next. Such as, What is my schedule today? What do I need to wear? A lot of these process can be eliminated if I simply prepare myself the night before. And extra 10 minutes make a real difference especially in the morning.

I felt like a fire fighter today at work, since I identified a crisis and spent all morning putting out that fire. However, I caught myself remaining calm, assessed the situation logically, and found a solution very quick. It reminded me that being able to control your emotion is such a powerful ability.
