"I bow for the people who are working in bad conditions."
I started the day with a very clear agenda in my head. I wanted to take care of my body by giving it a proper rest, and it worked. And resting does not mean lying in bed all day. It involves some moving around still, just not pushing your body to its limit. I did about 2 hour outdoor walk in a brutal condition, but it was refreshing to be out there.
I finally had time to pause in life, and read for fun. I find myself getting lost in chain of thoughts still, but the frequency has decreased a lot since I began to read daily. I should also explore dedicating part of reading to poetry. That is something I am really interested in lately.
My evening mainly consisted of catching up with a friend who is relocating to a different country, which is one of the biggest changes a person can go through in life in my opinion. I am sad to lose a friend in the city, but I am also happy for his decision because I know it will bring so much good in his plan to grow as a person. Whenever I see someone else go through such hardship or big changes in life, that I know will change them for better, I get really excited. I did everything I could to share my thoughts to make him feel reassured about this decision, and to make his move as comfortable as possible.
While doing these, I also experienced that when I stay happy (regardless of my current stressful situation), good things happen and I make other people around me happier, which in return makes me happy. Ultimately, being in a positive and happy state makes it easier for us to stay in that state, and vice-versa. So no matter what curveball life throws at you, whether you hit it or miss it, stay positive and good things will happen to you.
