"I bow to reflect on the value of living a pure, honest life."

This morning was one of the least motivated mornings of this year. I stayed in bed until 10am, which is extremely unlike of me. Though, I felt well rested and my mind was a bit clearer. Few negative thoughts lingered, but I successfully ignored them and replaced them with positive ones. Especially after my gym session, which is a great method to "reset" my brain by not thinking about anything else other than moving the weights in front of me. So therapeutic.

I utilized today as a proper catch up day. Not only I caught up on resting, but also caught up on outstanding tasks. It feels really good to have spent the day getting things done. There is a beauty in setting up small goals every day and completing them. The little highs you get from completing tasks lasts you far longer than instant dopamine hits from unhealthy habits.

This is a reminder to spend all of this month focusing on the housing, so I get to focus back on developing my financial skills starting in April and May.
