"I bow to avoid looking back at the past, and to not worry about the future."

I got a much better sleep today than the past few days. I think the alcohol really affected my quality of sleep as I kept waking up in the middle of the night before. Going through my usual sleep detox (no coffee + no alcohol + early winding down) is finally showing its benefits.



During my dinner with a friend, I had another introspection moment that I genuinely enjoy making other people happy. When I came home, I started to think about how I can turn that trait/talent into a more lucrative business or career. I will frequently return to this thought once my exam is over.



I hope to spend more time on daily self reflection once I pass the exam this weekend. Currently I am spending a good chunk of my productive after work hours in studying versus meditating.
