"I bow to think about where I came from and where I am and where I am going."

First day of any challenges can be tough, but this one was extra.

I'm fresh off of a 2-week vacation, barely adjusting to this timezone, and I was about to add a foreign routine to my daily life.

Having done the 75 Hard Challenge, and this new challenge being similar to it, I thought it will be a smooth integration. In reality, it was not.

The toughest part was the study (my reading portion of the challenge) after being up since 3am and finishing my 9-5 job.

The day did not go how I planned, but I completed all my tasks.

Should've/Would've/Could've

-- Still feeling unsettling from food poisoning, but I managed to be in caloric surplus on healthy meals. I had to eat more at lunch and skip dinner though. More consistent eating schedule will be nice.

-- I failed to make daily market digest yesterday since I passed out immediately after the study. Despite it not being a requirement for this challenge, I still would like to continue to post these out of my personal interest. Need to find a way to stay consistent.

Drink/dessert tickets remaining: 3
